Step 1: Pick One Habit to Adjust
Choose one habit—either a harmful habit you’d like to reduce or a positive habit you’d like to strengthen. Examples:
Avoid picking up your phone first thing in the morning.
Drink an extra glass of water each day.
Go for a 10-minute walk after lunch.
Step 2: Set a Short-Term Goal
Commit to practicing this habit for 3–7 days. Track your progress in a journal or notes app.
Celebrate small wins and note any challenges along the way.
Step 3: Check-In
What habit did you choose to focus on?
How did it feel to intentionally practice or change this habit?
How has it impacted your daily routine or your interactions with others?
