Choose ONE of these small movement practices to try over the next 3–7 days:

Option 1: The 5-Minute Movement

  • Take a look at the short video from Part One of this session and practice the stretches consistently once a day for the next 3-7 days.

  • Do it once a day for the next 3–7 days

Option 2: Micro Movement in Daily Life

  • Stand up and stretch every time you get a drink

  • Take a 5-minute walk after a meal

  • Dance for 2 minutes to a favorite song

Option 3: Mindful Walk

  • Step outside or in place and notice your breath and feet touching the ground

  • Move for 3–10 minutes

  • How did your body feel before? After?

  • What worked well for you? What felt hard?

  • What was one moment you noticed your body or mood shift?
