Step 1: Identify One Pattern
Choose one pattern you’ve noticed—something you’d like to better understand or begin shifting. This could be emotional, relational, or behavioral.
Step 2: Name How It Impacts You Now
Write a few sentences about how this pattern affects your life today—your relationships, stress levels, self-care, or sense of safety.
Step 3: Choose a New, Healthier Response
Ask yourself:
What would breaking this pattern look like—even in a small way?
What would a healthier version of this response be?
Examples:
Pausing before reacting
Expressing a need instead of staying silent
Setting a boundary
Offering yourself compassion instead of criticism
Step 4: Set a Gentle Goal
Choose one small action to practice over the next 3–7 days. We understand that some patterns may be extra difficult or possibly even harmful to face alone. If you are in need of extra care as you take this step in your life, please reach out to us for support. We are so proud of you!
Reminder: This course is designed to move at your pace. You are encouraged to take as much time as you need to support growth that feels safe, intentional, and beneficial to you.
Optional Reflection:
Once you have completed today’s reflection, please come prepared to share any thoughts or insights that you feel comfortable discussing during our next Wellness Walk Zoom call!
