Step 1: Notice Your Words This Week
Pay attention to:
How you speak to yourself during stress or mistakes
The language you use when talking about others
Repeating thoughts that feel harsh, final, or hopeless
Awareness comes before change.
Step 2: Practice Life-Giving Affirmations
Choose one or two affirmations to repeat daily. You may say them aloud, write them down, or reflect on them quietly.
Examples of Life-Giving Affirmations:
“I am learning and growing, even when it feels uncomfortable.”
“I am worthy of care, patience, and kindness.”
“I do not have to be perfect to be valuable.”
“God is with me, and I am not alone.”
You may also choose to pair affirmations with Scripture, such as:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13

After practicing, please send an email to wellnesswalk@life4real.com sharing one thought or takeaway. Your email will be reviewed by a Life4Real team member as you progress through this course.
