This is where we begin working together.
First, please begin by watching this short video with quick instructions before you begin each step:
Step 1: Name Your Current Hard
Write down what feels heavy or overwhelming right now. Naming it helps take away some of its power.
Step 2: Choose a New Hard Worth Your Energy
Identify one small action that feels challenging but aligned with healing.
Examples:
Making a list instead of avoiding a task
Setting one boundary
Asking for support
Speaking kindly to yourself
Taking one step toward a goal
Step 3: Set a Short-Term Goal
Commit to this new “hard” for 3–7 days. Keep it realistic and gentle. Growth will often happen through consistency.
Practice:
Write or repeat this affirmation:
“I can do hard things that are good for me.”
Create your own phrase and keep it visible.
After completing this practice, reflect in writing:
What did you choose as your new “hard”?
How did it feel to take this step?
What did you learn about yourself?
You may share your reflection on the Life4Real website if you feel comfortable.
Reflection:
After practicing, please send an email to wellnesswalk@life4real.com sharing one thought or takeaway. Your email will be reviewed by a Life4Real team member as you progress through this course. This helps us ensure your participation and better understand how we can support, encourage, and walk alongside you during this journey.
