The Life4Real Mentorship Program was created to form genuine relationships that foster encouragement, emotional support, and a sense of belonging for individuals who are navigating the challenges of life recovery, healing, and reintegration.
Often, what our mentees need most isn’t another program or plan—they need a person. Someone who will walk with them, not ahead of them. Someone who will show love in small, consistent ways.

Each mentorship is uniquely matched by our team to ensure the best possible connection. Here’s how it works:
Matched Mentoring
Mentees are paired with a mentor after enrolling in Life4Real and beginning their Pathway Plan.Consistent Meetings
Mentors and mentees connect through:In-person meetups (coffee, walks, casual outings)
Weekly text or call check-ins
Safe, confidential conversations at your own pace
All contact is made through secure Life4Real channels

Mentors are not therapists or caseworkers. They are safe, steady encouragers—volunteers committed to being present. All participants agree to respectful boundaries that foster growth and healing. -

We believe wellness is not a one-size-fits-all journey—it’s deeply personal, layered, and often challenging. Whether you're moving through recovery, navigating life transitions, or just trying to find steady ground, the Wellness Walk was created for you.
This program is a guided, supportive, and faith-rooted experience designed to help you take small, meaningful steps toward becoming the healthiest version of yourself—emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. -
How It Works: The Wellness Walk breaks the overwhelming idea of “change” into five practical, transformative focus areas. Each week, we meet for a group session (in person or online), where we:
Work through a themed PowerPoint
Engage in guided reflections
Share space in a supportive community
Access curated tools like podcasts, books, and videos.
You’ll walk through five areas of wellness with a group that sees you, hears you, and walks with you—not ahead of you.
The five key themes include:
Making empowered choices
Staying open to change
Setting goals and dreams
Understanding and redirecting thoughts
Connecting with your body, emotions, and spirit.
Let’s be honest—change is hard. Not because you're doing something wrong, but because your brain is wired for safety, not transformation. As part of our Soul Steps Program, we offer a focused practice called Breath as Prayer. This simple yet powerful rhythm invites you to slow down and reconnect—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Rooted in the Christian tradition, Breath as Prayer pairs intentional breathing with short, scripture-based prayers. It brings your whole self—body, mind, and spirit—into alignment with God’s presence. Through each breath, we’re reminded that healing is sacred and that God is near in every moment.
