Amy Robinson
CEO & Founder
Amy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Life4Real, the organization she established in 2007 with a vision of bringing hope, healing, and lasting change to individuals and families in the community. What began as a passion to serve others has grown into a thriving nonprofit dedicated to walking alongside people through life's challenges while connecting them with the resources, relationships, and support they need to flourish. Amy remains the heartbeat behind Life4Real, leading the organization with compassion, faith, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.
Amy's greatest passion is building meaningful relationships within the community. She believes that every person deserves to be seen, valued, and loved, and she is committed to creating genuine connections that encourage hope and transformation. Her desire is to meet people where they are, offering grace, encouragement, and practical support as they work toward brighter futures.
Outside of Life4Real, Amy works as a Nurse Paralegal for a local law firm. With a background in nursing, she has dedicated much of her professional life to caring for others and advocating for those in need. She is also actively involved in ministry opportunities centered around her saving faith in Jesus Christ, which serves as the foundation for both her personal life and her leadership.
In her free time, Amy enjoys walking, reading books that strengthen her faith, and spending time with friends over Mexican food while exploring new restaurants. Her vision for Life4Real is to continue building a thriving community where individuals feel empowered to heal, grow, rebuild their lives, and discover the hope and purpose that God has for them.

Lisa Witherspoon
Vice President & Mentorship Program Coordinator
Lisa Witherspoon serves as the Vice President and Mentorship Program Coordinator for Life4Real, where she provides leadership, guidance, and oversight while helping develop meaningful mentorship opportunities for individuals seeking encouragement and personal growth. She is passionate about creating genuine relationships that inspire hope, strengthen faith, and empower people to navigate life's challenges with confidence.Lisa is an instructor in the Exercise Science Department at Tennessee Tech University, where she has been teaching at the collegiate level for more than 15 years. She holds a Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education and is passionate about equipping others through both education and mentorship. Outside of Life4Real, she also serves as a Family Support Advocate at Hope for Her, a women's ministry and resource center in Brandon, Florida, where she has been serving since 2022.
Serving others has always been at the heart of Lisa's calling. She believes the Lord has placed a deep desire within her to love people well and help them find peace during difficult seasons of life. Drawing from her own personal testimony, she seeks to walk alongside others with compassion, understanding, and grace, offering support in a loving and nonjudgmental way. Her greatest desire is to help people experience the hope and healing that can only be found through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Outside of her professional and ministry roles, Lisa enjoys investing in meaningful relationships, encouraging others in their faith, and helping people discover the purpose God has for their lives. She is grateful for the saving grace of Jesus Christ and considers it a privilege to share His love with everyone she meets.
Through Life4Real, Lisa's vision is to cultivate a mentoring community where individuals feel valued, encouraged, and equipped to grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally. She is passionate about helping others discover lasting hope, build meaningful relationships, and experience the abundant life God has called them to live.

Kylie Hall
Case Manager & Program Coordinator
Kylie serves as a Case Manager and Program Coordinator with Life4Real, where she is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life's challenges and pursue lasting change. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology and is dedicated to building meaningful relationships that foster hope, connection, and growth.
Kylie has a deep passion for community and fellowship, believing that people thrive when they feel supported, valued, and connected to others. She strives to meet individuals where they are, offering encouragement, practical resources, and compassionate support as they work toward their goals. Her heart is to help those who may be struggling recognize their worth, discover their strengths, and experience positive transformation in their lives.
Faith in Jesus as her Savior is at the center of everything Kylie does. Guided by the belief that every person is created with purpose and deserving of love, grace, and dignity, she seeks to serve others with compassion and authenticity. She believes that meaningful change often begins through genuine relationships and a willingness to walk alongside others through both challenges and victories.
Outside of her work, Kylie enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring local coffee shops, and meeting with friends, family, and clients over a cup of coffee.
Through her role at Life4Real, Kylie is committed to advancing the organization's mission by providing consistent support, connecting individuals with needed resources, and helping create pathways toward stability, hope, and a thriving future.

Andrew Hall
Client Financial Advisor
Andrew Hall serves as the Client Financial Advisor for Life4Real, where he helps individuals and families better understand their finances, create realistic budgets, and build a foundation for long-term success. His passion is helping clients view their financial situation not as a source of stress, but as an opportunity for growth, hope, and positive change.
Andrew graduated with a degree in Business and is currently working toward becoming a Financial Planner. Outside of Life4Real, he works as an Associate Financial Advisor, gaining valuable experience in financial planning and helping individuals work toward their financial goals.
Andrew is passionate about empowering clients to feel confident and in control of their finances. He strives to be a reliable source of support, creating a safe and encouraging environment where individuals can openly discuss financial challenges and work toward practical solutions. At the heart of everything he does is a desire to bring hope, joy, and encouragement to those he serves.
His faith is the driving force behind his life and work. Andrew believes it is by the Lord's grace that he is able to serve others and make a meaningful impact in their lives. He seeks to approach every client with compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to help them succeed.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys fishing, working out, and spending time with his wife, friends, and family. His vision for Life4Real is to create a space where clients feel comfortable discussing their finances and receiving the support they need to build stable, purpose-filled lives while furthering the mission of the organization.

Dawn Goodman
Community Support Advocate
Dawn serves as a Community Support Advocate at Life4Real, where she is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life's challenges and pursue lasting hope and change. With a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and a deep passion for serving others, she believes every person has value, purpose, and the ability to experience hope and meaningful transformation, regardless of their current circumstances.
Dawn's heart is to support individuals and families through both difficult seasons and joyful milestones with honesty, compassion, understanding, and without judgment. She feels called to this ministry to help people feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move toward stability, healing, and success.
One of Dawn's greatest passions is connecting people with resources and opportunities within the community. Whether helping furnish a new home, connecting individuals to supportive services, or opening doors to resources that encourage long-term growth and independence, she believes practical support paired with genuine relationships can have a lasting impact.
Together, Dawn and her husband also share a calling to provide housing that helps set people up for success and creates opportunities for fresh starts and lasting change. Their desire is to invest in people by creating environments where individuals and families can begin rebuilding their lives with hope and dignity.
Above all, Dawn believes God has called her to love people exactly where they are and to serve with genuine care, grace, and compassion. Outside of Life4Real, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband, renovating distressed properties, being outdoors, planting flowers, swimming, taking walks, and appreciating the beauty of God's creation. She also enjoys reading and finding inspiration through quiet moments of reflection.
Through Life4Real, Dawn hopes to continue building meaningful relationships, connecting individuals with life-changing resources, and helping create a community where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to move forward with hope.

Lisa Smith
Secretary & Mentor
Lisa Smith serves as the Secretary and a Mentor for Life4Real, where she has faithfully invested in the organization's mission for more than 17 years. Throughout her time with Life4Real, she has been passionate about building meaningful relationships, encouraging individuals through life's challenges, and helping create a supportive community where people feel valued, heard, and empowered.
Outside of Life4Real, Lisa serves as a School Counselor at Highland Springs High School, a place that refers to as her "home away from home." She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business from Radford University before completing her Master's degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. Her background in counseling, education, and mentorship has equipped her with the skills and compassion to guide individuals through difficult seasons while encouraging personal and spiritual growth.
Serving others has always been at the heart of who Lisa is. She believes God has called her to help people become who He created them to be, and she considers it a privilege to walk alongside others as they discover their purpose and potential.
Lisa is grateful for the unwavering support of her husband and their two wonderful children, who continually encourage her in both life and ministry. She believes that God designed people to live in community, supporting and strengthening one another through every season of life. Her favorite reminder is that "it takes a village," and she is passionate about helping create that village through the work of Life4Real.

Tanisha Givens
Core Team
Tanisha Givens serves as a Core Team Member for Life4Real, where she helps provide leadership and guidance by contributing to important decisions that shape the organization's mission and impact. She also enjoys volunteering at community outreach events and client-focused programs, where she has the opportunity to build relationships and encourage those Life4Real supports.Tanisha believes that providing hope and encouragement can make a lasting difference as people navigate the challenges of life. She is passionate about supporting others through genuine connection and believes that even small acts of kindness have a meaningful impact on an individual's journey.
Christ is the guiding force in Tanisha's life and the foundation for the way she serves others. Her faith inspires her to lead with grace, love, and integrity while seeking opportunities to encourage those around her. She deeply values the relationships she shares with her family and friends and believes that strong, supportive communities are essential for growth and healing.
Outside of Life4Real, Tanisha enjoys dance fitness, reading, shopping, and discovering new restaurants. She appreciates opportunities to stay active, spend time with loved ones, and experience new places.
Through Life4Real, Tanisha hopes to continue helping build a community where individuals feel supported, encouraged, and reminded that they are never alone. She is honored to be part of a team that is committed to sharing hope, serving others, and making a lasting impact in the lives of individuals and families.

Allison Knapstein
Core Team & Mentor
Allison Knapstein serves as a Core Team Member and Mentor for Life4Real, where she is passionate about walking alongside others with encouragement and compassion. She believes that every person deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported.Outside of Life4Real, Allison is a nurse leader with a heart for serving both her profession and her community. She is also a devoted wife, celebrating more than 20 years of marriage, and a proud mother of two beautiful children. She enjoys a little bit of chaos but also finds great peace in solitude. A former runner who now prefers stationary cycling, Allison also loves spending time outdoors, especially in places where she can enjoy both the beach and the mountains while appreciating God's glorious creation.
Serving others has always been one of Allison's greatest passions. While she never expects anything in return, she has found that her heart is continually encouragement through serving others. She believes it is a true gift when people allow her to meet them where they are and share a part of their lives.
Allison's gives all glory to God, believing that without Him, everything else would be for nothing. Her desire is that one day she will hear the words, "Well done, child," and she is thankful for every opportunity God provides to serve His Kingdom. She is continually reminded of the truth found in Ephesians 2:10—that we are God's masterpiece, created for His purpose.
Through Life4Real, Allison hopes to encourage others to see themselves as Christ sees them—created in His image and deeply loved. Whether through mentorship, encouragement, providing services, organizing care bags, praying with others, volunteering, or supporting individuals through healing and deliverance, she desires to be a source of hope and compassion.

Kevin Sass
Men’s Program Coordinator
Kevin serves as the Men's Program Director for Life4Real, where he is dedicated to creating a space where men can feel seen, supported, and encouraged. He understands that men often face unique challenges that can go unspoken and unresolved, and he is passionate about helping individuals navigate those struggles in a healthy environment. Through mentorship, meaningful conversations, and genuine relationships, Kevin strives to help men find hope, healing, and purpose.
As a follower of Jesus Christ, Kevin seeks to live out his faith in every area of his life. Outside of Life4Real, he serves as a first responder, where he witnesses firsthand the realities and challenges that many individuals and families face on a daily basis. These experiences have given him a deeper understanding of the struggles people encounter and have strengthened his desire to make a lasting impact in the lives of others.
Kevin's passion for serving through Life4Real comes from a desire to do more than simply observe the needs within his community. Life4Real provides an opportunity for him to take a hands-on approach by investing in individuals, walking alongside them through difficult seasons, and offering practical support and encouragement. He believes that authentic relationships and consistent support can be life-changing.
When he is not serving clients or working as a first responder, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors and having conversations about faith and the life-changing hope found in Jesus Christ. Kevin's vision for Life4Real is to help individuals recognize who God says they are and to empower them to become all that God has called them to be. He hopes to continue building a ministry where people feel accepted, supported, and equipped to grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally as they pursue the purpose God has placed on their lives.

Morgan Sass
Resource Coordinator
Morgan serves as the Resource Coordinator for Life4Real, where she maintains detailed knowledge of the resources available to clients and helps connect individuals with the support they need. These resources span housing, food assistance, wellness services, and many other areas that empower people to build stable and successful lives.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration. For the past two years, she has worked as a financial planner while also serving with Life4Real. This unique combination of experiences has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of both financial well-being and personal support services, equipping her to help individuals navigate challenges, connect with valuable resources, and work toward their goals with confidence and hope.
Serving others has always been a passion of Morgan's. She finds great joy in helping people accomplish their goals, celebrating their victories, and providing a listening ear for those who simply need someone to walk alongside them. She believes that meaningful relationships and genuine support can make a lasting difference in a person's life.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, hanging out with friends and family, and playing volleyball. Her faith is the foundation of everything she does. Her life is rooted in Jesus Christ, whom she relies on daily for wisdom, guidance, and strength. She loves pouring into others as the Lord continually pours into her.
Looking ahead, Morgan envisions Life4Real growing exponentially and reaching individuals with the love and truth of Christ in ways they have never experienced before. Her hope is that Life4Real continues to be an organization unlike any other—one that equips people with the tools they need to thrive not only physically, but spiritually as well. Ultimately, her goal is to help individuals build successful, purpose-filled lives while experiencing the transformative power of a relationship with Christ.

Karsyn Robinson
High School Team
Karsyn serves on Life4Real's High School Team and is a valued member of the organization's Core Team. She is passionate about helping those of all ages feel seen, supported, and connected, believing that everyone deserves a place where they belong.
Karsyn has a heart for sharing the love of Jesus and enjoys leading conversations centered around the Bible. Through her involvement with Life4Real, she strives to encourage others in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and create an environment where individuals feel welcomed and valued. Her compassion for others and desire to serve make her an important part of the Life4Real community.
Outside of Life4Real, Karsyn enjoys reading, listening to music, and working out. She values opportunities to grow personally and spiritually while encouraging others to do the same.
Karsyn's vision for Life4Real is to create a space where clients of all ages can come, feel valued, and experience genuine connection. She hopes to continue helping build a community where people are supported, encouraged, and reminded of their worth and purpose.

Austin Robinson
Mens Team
Austin Robinson serves on the Men's Team at Life4Real, where he is passionate about walking alongside men who are seeking support, encouragement, and hope. His role within the organization is to provide a listening ear, build meaningful relationships, and help create a safe environment where men feel comfortable sharing their struggles and pursuing lasting change.
Austin is currently pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies and works as a licensed Radon Mitigation Specialist. His heart for evangelism drives both his personal life and his ministry, and he seeks to be a reliable source of hope and encouragement to everyone he meets.
Austin believes that some of life's greatest impact comes through being present for others. Whether offering support during difficult seasons or having intentional conversations, he desires to help individuals recognize their worth and discover their purpose.
Outside of work and ministry, Austin enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing the piano, and participating in just about any sport he has the opportunity to play. He enjoys staying active, building friendships, and finding opportunities to connect with others through shared experiences.
Through Life4Real, Austin hopes to further the organization's mission by helping men experience authentic community. His desire is to walk alongside others as they overcome life's challenges.
