  2. When I think those thoughts, how do they make me feel emotionally or physically?

  3. What do those feelings usually lead me to do—or avoid doing?

  4. Are there thoughts I’ve carried for a long time that might have come from past experiences, not my present reality?

  5. What would it feel like to question one of those thoughts instead of automatically believing it?

There are no right or wrong answers. This reflection is about taking an honest assessment of who we are and how we function in order to create the most growth.
