You don’t need to take immediate action—awareness is often the first step toward change.
Step 2: Name One Boundary or Adjustment
This could look like:
Limiting how much personal information you share
Reducing the time or emotional energy spent in a relationship
Asking for space or clarity
Strengthening a connection with someone in your inner circle
Small adjustments can create meaningful shifts.
Step 3: Reflection:
