Step 1: Identify One Relationship or Boundary

Choose one relationship to gently reflect on this week. Ask yourself:

  • Do I feel safe and respected here?

  • What feels supportive?

  • What feels draining or unclear?

You don’t need to take immediate action—awareness is often the first step toward change.

Step 2: Name One Boundary or Adjustment

This could look like:

  • Limiting how much personal information you share

  • Reducing the time or emotional energy spent in a relationship

  • Asking for space or clarity

  • Strengthening a connection with someone in your inner circle

Small adjustments can create meaningful shifts.

Step 3: Reflection:

After practicing, please come prepared to share any thoughts or insights that you feel comfortable discussing during our next Wellness Walk Zoom call!

  • What felt difficult

  • What felt empowering

  • What did you learn about yourself

Congratulations!
