Look through the Life4Real program offerings and choose one opportunity to engage:

  • Join a community event

  • Attend a park or coffee meetup

  • Participate in a Zoom call

  • Explore a volunteer opportunity

You don’t have to commit to everything—just one step is enough.

Step 2: Show Up as You Are

When you join, remind yourself:

  • You don’t have to share more than you’re comfortable with

  • You don’t have to have everything figured out

  • Simply showing up is a meaningful step
