1) The Importance of Church Community

While community within Life4Real is important, we also encourage you to be part of a local church.

The church is not just a building—it’s a place where you can:

  • Worship and grow spiritually.

  • Learn and understand God’s Word.

  • Build meaningful, lasting relationships.

  • Be encouraged and challenged in your faith.

Being connected to a church helps you stay grounded, supported, and continually growing.

Reflection

  • What has your experience with church been like in the past?

  • Which of these benefits do you feel you need most right now?

2) Bible Study Communities

In addition to church, Bible study communities can be a powerful way to deepen your understanding and stay consistent in your walk.

One example is The Bible Recap, which helps break down Scripture in a simple and relatable way. Tools like this can help you stay engaged, ask questions, and better understand what you’re reading. If interested in having a devotional or starting The Bible Recap, please reach out to a Life4Real team member to get connected with these resources.

Reflection

  • How could studying Scripture with other people help you grow?

  • What is one step you could take this week to spend more time in God's Word?

3)Why Community Matters

We were never meant to figure out life or faith on our own. Community gives us a place to ask questions, be honest, and grow alongside others. It creates space for learning, encouragement, and accountability.

When we are in community—whether through a church, small group, or Bible study—we are able to hear different perspectives, deepen our understanding, and be supported in ways we can’t experience alone. Growth doesn’t just happen in isolation—it happens when we walk together.

Reflection

  • Is there someone you could encourage this week?

  • What is one practical step you can take to become more connected to a church or Christian community?

4) God's Promises

God Promises That We Grow Together

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together... but encouraging one another."

— Hebrews 10:24–25 (NIV)

God Promises Wisdom Through Godly Counsel

"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed."

— Proverbs 15:22 (NIV)

God Promises to Build His Church

"I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it."

— Matthew 16:18 (NIV)

God Promises to Finish His Work in Us

"Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

— Philippians 1:6 (NIV)

Closing Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for giving us the gift of the church and the opportunity to grow alongside other believers. Help me not to live my faith alone, but to become connected to a community where I can worship, learn, serve, and be encouraged. Lead me to the people You want in my life, and help me be someone who strengthens and encourages others as well. Continue shaping me into the person You created me to be, and help me remain rooted in You through Your Word, Your Church, and the relationships You provide.

In Jesus' name,

Amen.
